This very detailed 576 page hard-backed study is the most comprehensive guide to the subject currently available. This book was named as the Best Non-fiction Publication of 2008 by Tamil Solai, University of Toronto, and has been listed as a reference text for the University of Calicut since 2010. This is an English language edition of the book. A Tamil language version is also available.
