The top edge of the spine has a circular stain and page 503 is foxed from the insertion of a note. A first edition of Young's masterpiece and sole novel, with the Scribner's A-4.65[v] code on the copyright page.

This Very Good+ condition book is firmly bound with some softening of tips and at the top and bottom of the spine. The $10.95 price is intact on the front flap of the Very Good condition dust jacket.
